Good morning, my lovely readers! How is 2021 treating you? After last year, this one is moving like a bullet train for me.

My surgery in April went well. The doctor removed four pieces of tissue and separated two adhesions (places where organs get stuck together with scar tissue). I’m in physical therapy now for pelvic floor dysfunction, making slow progress.

Since April I’ve also begun a new job and moved into a new apartment. We just settled in and are getting ready to add a cat to our little family. Parker doesn’t get along with other dogs, but I think a cat will keep him company nicely.

Now that the boxes are broken down, internet set up, and (most) photos hung, it’s time for my biggest piece of news:
